200100 - Star Fish

- No swimming experience required.
- Parent participation is required.
- Children will be in the water with the instructors.
- Promotes water safety knowledge, water exploration and socialization skills.
- Promotes acclimation to the water and comfort in getting head/face wet.

200101 - Tadpoles - Beginner I

This class will orient children to the aquatic environment and establish basic aquatic skills. This class is for children who cannot float on their front or back. The goals of the beginner class is to provide experiences and activities for children to:
- Learn to ask permission before entering the water.
- Learn how to enter and exit the water in a safe manner.
- Feel comfortable in the water.
- Explore submerging the face (mouth, nose and eyes) completely.
- Explore buoyancy on the front and back position with support.
- Change body position in the water with support.
- Learn how to play safely.

200107 - Sea Turtles

This class will orient children to the aquatic environment and establish basic aquatic skills. This class is for children who cannot float on their front or back. The goals of the beginner class is to provide experiences and activities for children to:
- Learn to ask permission before entering the water.
- Learn how to enter and exit the water in a safe manner.
- Feel comfortable in the water.
- Explore submerging the face (mouth, nose and eyes) completely.
- Explore buoyancy on the front and back position with support.
- Change body position in the water with support.
- Learn how to play safely.

210101 - Level 1 Swim Lessons

Pre-Requisite: Children must show comfort at having their face in the water. Children entering this class must be able to float and glide on their front and back supported and recover from their floats to a vertical position. Children must demonstrate some forward progression with their face in the water and backward progression both with support.
The goals of Seals Level 1 class are to provide experiences and activities for children to:
- Learn to ask permission before entering the water.
- Learn how to enter and exit the water in a safe manner.
- Feel comfortable in the water unsupported.
- Experience submerging the mouth, nose, and eyes completely.
- Master buoyancy on the front and back position unsupported.
- Change body position in the water unsupported.
- Explore forward & backward progression with arm and leg swim stroke motions.
- Learn to be safe in an aquatic environment.

210102 - Level 2 Swim Lessons

Pre-Requisite: Children entering this class must be able to float on their front with their face in the water & backs unsupported for 8 seconds, demonstrate forward progression on their front with their face in the water leveled off 2-3 body lengths and backward progress 2-3 body lengths leveled off.

The goals of this class mark the beginning of the independent swimming skills. Children learn to glide without support and to recover to vertical position. Children further develop simultaneous alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back which lays the foundation for future strokes.

210103 - Level 3 Swim Lessons

Pre-Requisite: Children entering this class must be able to tread water for 30 seconds, swim forward progression leveled off with a consistent kicks, arms out H2O & face in the water for 10 yards unsupported. Children must also be able to swim on their backs leveled off for 10 yards unsupported.

This class is to build upon previous learned skills by providing guided practice. This class will teach children to swim the front crawl, backcrawl, and elementary backstroke.

210104 - Level 4 Swim Lessons

Pre-Requisite: Swimmers must be able to demonstrate proper form of the following strokes and the required distances: Front crawl 20 yards and backcrawl 20 yards.

The goal for this class is to develop confidence in the strokes learned thus far and to improve other aquatic skills. The level will improve skills and increase endurance by swimming the front crawl, backcrawl and elementary backstroke for greater distance. This level introduces the breastsrtoke and sidestroke.

210105 - Level 5 Swim Lessons

Pre-Requisite: Swimmers must be able to demonstrate proper form of the following strokes and the required distances: Front crawl 30 yards, backcrawl 30 yards, elemntary backstroke 20 yards.
- The goal of this class is to develop the confidence and refinement of the strokes taught in the previous level, refining the performance of the front crawl, backcrawl, elementary backstroke, and increasing the distances of these strokes using the flip turns. This class will teach and refine the performance of the breaststroke, sidestroke and introduce the butterfly stroke.

220101 - Adult Swim Lessons

Session A - Beginner - Concentrates on water acclimation and basic swimming skills
Session B - Intermediate - This class is for the adults that have basic water skills and want to be able to work on strokes and deep water skills.
No swim experience required. Lesson for all skill levels whether you are looking to learn the basics or refine and tone your skills.

310602 - Children's Irish Dance

Story time, games, dolls and more are incorporated in class to for children ages 3-5 provide an interactive fun experience for children as they learn Irish Dance.  Ages 6 and up does not have story time, games and dolls. The class teaches proper technique for Traditional Irish Dances.  In addition, dancers will learn coordination, poise, movement and rhythm with emphasis on the basic style and characteristics which make Irish Dance a unique art form.  Irish Dance is full of energy with jumps, kicks and skips.  This dance style uses rapid footwork with crossed feet keeping to the rhythm of Irish music.  Dancers will benefit from the many wonderful health benefits of Irish Dance.
